What should I do?
I've called the local pigeon charity, they will pick it up but told me it could take a couple of hours. It is in a dark box somewhere cool rn. Is there anything else I should do? Unfortunately I can't drive to the vet myself.

The caudex is very firm. The roots were healthy when I last checked 2 months ago. It's in a textile pot with 90% pumice. The spot is warm, and it's getting plenty of light. I have never pruned it. I am watering almost every 10 days in the growing season.
The new leaves are either deformed or become yellow like you can see in the photos. It's trying to bloom since a month but always aborting and letting the small flower buds dry out. The browning on the older leaves are from a cold a couple years back. I couldn't get it to a fuller look since I got it either.
What does it look like to you? Nutrient deficiency or over/underwatering? Something else?
TIA!
I am looking for a non-profit, Wayland supporting, up-to-date, european Linux distro.
openSUSE was perfect in that sense but when I tried it a couple months back, unfortunately some programs, like the latest Rstudio, didn't run well or at all on it.
So now I am looking an alternative to it. I don't know if anything Arch based would be something I want to deal with.
KDE Linux is not an option as I have an Nvidia GTX 960. But maybe KDE neon? Or should I go Debian, possibly Debian Sid? I haven't tried it but I hear that it is difficult to set up.
