On my account it says I need to calibrate by August 22nd. So I made an appointment for next Wednesday(19th)
But just today I noticed on my device it says something like recall service in 01D09:07.
Is my device going to get locked out before I can get it calibrated?
What is the purpose of the retests? Especially after only about 5-10 minutes after starting?
It has a camera so it should know I was the one to blow to start, I didn’t suddenly get drunk 10 minutes after starting to drive.
Does Intoxalock have a chat option or do I have to call?
I have been getting periodic pump failures on my hand held device

I’ve started to get pump failures, last Thursday it failed 3 times in a row in my garage, but worked later.
Then I’ve got a few more .
Right now I’m pretty much too scared to even drive anywhere because I’m worried about it failing when I’m away from my house either on a retest or startup.
Any insights besides just calling intoxalock.
PS I’ve started putting a trickle charger on my battery at night when I noticed my battery was unusually low
