I recently saw a job posting for MMAH on the OPS careers site and I’m genuinely interested because I know I could do the role well.

I also came across a thread discussing the workplace culture there, and some of the comments made me a bit hesitant. I’ve experienced toxic work environments before, especially with cliques and lack of management support, so it’s something I pay attention to now.

For those familiar with the workplace, would you take those comments with a grain of salt since experiences can vary? Or were the concerns raised fairly accurate/common? Just genuinely curious before applying.
