Have had this plant for about two months. Growth wise it has been great, was just like 4cm when i got it, now it stretches over 9cm.

But im worried about leaves having their tips turning brown/black. Also the leaves don’t grow so big before they fall.

Any help?

I have the pot inside a glas house for containing moisture. I only spray water on the plant one time a day, water when the soil turn dry about a thumb length down. I also keep it in a windowed room, but not in direct sunlight.
