Does a withdrawal from my Roth IRA count toward SGA?

Hi does a withdrawal from my Roth IRA into my checkings account count toward SGA?

Thoughts?

I slammed my right thumb on the car door and wanted to know what you guys thought of the xray pictures. I won’t have access to results til Tuesday and I’m eager to know what you guys think. Thank you in advance.
