[Hiring] Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — 15% Commission ($375+) Per Closed Deal
We’re a marketing and videography agency working with contractors. We handle paid ads, Google, organic content and full video production. Your job is simple: book the meeting. That’s it. You’ll get a lead sheet with local businesses, phone numbers, and a script. Your job: • Cold call the leads • Qualify them (do they run ads? do they have video content? are they the decision maker?) • Book them onto the calendar • Confirm/remind so they show up
That’s where you’re done. Me and my partner take the meeting, run the pitch, and close. You don’t have to close anything, handle pricing objections, or know a thing about media buying.
Compensation: 15% of every deal we close off your booked meeting.
Average deal is $2,500 → $375 per close. Bigger packages pay more.
