I don’t really understand why a better wig wasn’t an option, but at least it’s better now I guess

I started journaling last year and used to print out my photos via SHEIN, however I figured that if it’s just a hobby, at least it should be a bit more sustainable so I bought the Kodak Step Instant Printer and paper second hand (it’s new though ).

I did have a budget and was aware that it wouldn’t look like the photos, but I do not like it very much .

For your knowledge:
-Size: 2x3
-the pictures always come out with a warm tone ( i knew that but wasn’t aware of how much it would wash out the photo), which always darkens photos that are already dark;
- doesn’t do well with detailed pictures, even worse if you go smaller by doing collages on the app ( i.e 1.5x2).

Overall I like it more or less. 5.5/10
SHEIN did have a considerable better quality.

For reference, I included the original pictures, the SHEIN prints and Kodak prints. Byeee
