Hello everyone!
I'm a completely new player, so I still have a lot to learn

Could anyone please take a look at my build and tell me what is wrong with it? Why isn't Spark proccing Comet very often?

I thought capping my critical hit chance to 100% would fix the problem, but it didn't. I just tried a 200% Delirium map and it takes way too long to complete
