Delta F2F — I have a feeling I didn’t make it 😔

I just finished my Delta F2F today, and I’m trying not to overanalyze everything, but I have a feeling I didn’t make it.
After the group activity, they started calling people to leave, and I was the third person called. From everything I’ve read about the process, that doesn’t feel like a good sign.
I know we’re always told not to read too much into the order people are called, and obviously nothing is official until Delta sends the email, but right now I’m feeling pretty discouraged.
For those of you who have been through the Delta F2F recently: does being called out early after the group activity usually mean TBNT, or has anyone been called early and still received a CJO?
I’m still hoping I’m wrong. ❤️✈️

✈️ Delta F2F IN FEW DAYS… and I’m officially freaking out! 😭🔺

Well… it’s almost here. My Delta F2F is IN FEW DAYS, and I think I’ve officially reached the point where I have studied so much that I don’t know if I’m prepared or if I’ve completely lost my mind. 😂

Delta is the airline I want more than any other, so the closer I get, the more nervous I become. I’ve studied the core values, practiced STAR questions, researched the company, worked on my answers, my outfit, my hair, my nails… basically everything except learning how to control my anxiety. 🤣

I know everyone says “JUST BE YOURSELF!” and I swear, if one more person tells me that, I might scream. 😂 I KNOW how to be myself!! The problem is getting myself to behave normally when I know recruiters are watching everything I do! 😭

I also know how difficult it is to walk out of an airline F2F without the CJO. I’ve experienced that feeling before, and I think that’s part of why I’m so nervous this time.

But I’m trying to change my mindset. I made it this far for a reason. They invited me to Atlanta for a reason. Now I just need to walk in there, stop overthinking every single thing, enjoy the experience, and show them who I am.

Still… I WANT THAT CJO SO BAD!!! 😭🔺✈️❤️

Anyone else going to the Delta F2F this week? And for those who already went — what is the ONE thing you wish someone had told you the night before?

Send me some good Delta energy because I’m going to need ALL OF IT!! 😂🙏🔺✈️

Good luck to everyone who is going through this!!!

✈️💙❤️💛 Southwest Flight Attendant F2F — One-on-One Interview or Group Exercise? 💛❤️💙✈️

Hi everyone! 👋😊 I have my Southwest Flight Attendant face-to-face interview coming up in Dallas 🤠✈️, and I’m trying to understand what the day is like.

For anyone who attended recently, is it only a one-on-one interview with a recruiter and a Flight Attendant? 👩‍✈️👨‍✈️ Or are there also group exercises, activities, or role-playing scenarios? 🤝📝

How many questions did they ask? ❓ Approximately how long was the interview? ⏰ Did you receive a decision the same day? 🤞✨

Any recent experience, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated! 🙏🥰 Thank you so much! 💙❤️💛🌟✈️

If one more person tells me to "just be yourself"... 😂✈️

I'm convinced that if one more person tells me, "Just be yourself at the F2F," I might lose it. 🤣

I mean... how exactly am I supposed to be someone else? 😂 It's not like I can show up as Beyoncé or Meryl Streep. Being myself is literally my only option! LOL.

Yes, I know. Be yourself. Relax. Smile. Be authentic. I've heard it about 437 times already. 😭

At this point, I'm trying to remember:

  • Core values ✅
  • STAR stories ✅
  • Safety first ✅
  • Group exercise tips ✅
  • Don't dominate the conversation ✅
  • But don't disappear into the background either ✅
  • Maintain eye contact ✅
  • Smile naturally ✅
  • Remember names (ouch!)
  • And somehow... don't overthink it while thinking about everything. 😂

Anyone else feel like they're trying to be their authentic self while their brain is running at 200 mph?

Please tell me I'm not the only one counting down to F2F day with equal parts excitement and absolute panic. 😅✈️

OMG! I Just Received My Delta LOD Confirmation Email! ✈️🔺

I just received an email from Delta about LOD Confirmation! 🎉🎉🎉

When I logged in, I was asked to confirm that I understand the LOD commitment and that I want to continue moving forward in the hiring process as an LOD Flight Attendant.

Of course I selected YES!! ❤️✈️

I recently completed my Italian LOD Zoom meeting, so I'm really excited to see another step forward in my application! 🤞🔺

Has anyone else received this email after their LOD interview? What happened next, and how long did it take to hear something after confirming?

✈️ Delta LOD Zoom Interview… Now the Waiting Game Begins 😅💜

Hi everyone!

I had my Delta LOD (Italian) Zoom meeting yesterday, and I actually walked away feeling pretty good about it. The conversation flowed naturally, I answered confidently, and overall I felt positive when it ended.

Now... silence. 😅

I know it's only been a short time, but after putting so much into this process, it's hard not to check my email every five minutes. 😂

For those of you who have already completed the LOD Zoom:

  • How long did it take before you heard back from Delta?
  • Did you receive any confirmation email first, or did the next communication come out of nowhere?

Trying to stay patient and trust the process. 💜✈️

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting—we're all in this together! 🤞

Just wanted to share a little update! ❤️

I just finished my Delta LOD Zoom interview, and I honestly think it went really well! 🤞✈️

The interviewer was friendly, the conversation felt natural, and I left feeling confident about how I answered the questions. Of course, you never really know until you hear back, but I'm feeling hopeful!

Now the waiting begins... 😅

For anyone else who recently had their LOD Zoom interview, how did you feel afterward? How long did it take for you to hear back?

Fingers crossed for everyone who's still in the process! ❤️✈️

✈️ What Stage of the Delta Hiring Process Are You In? (June 2026 Applicants)

Hi everyone!

I thought it would be fun—and hopefully helpful—to see where everyone is in the Delta Flight Attendant hiring process.

Reply with:

  • 📅 Application date
  • ✅ Current status (Assessment, ODVI, Hang Tight, Take Flight, F2F, CJO, etc.)
  • 🌎 Your state or country (optional)

It'll be interesting to compare timelines and maybe reassure those who are still waiting.

I'll start:

  • Applied: June 1
  • Assessment: Completed
  • ODVI: Completed
  • Three "Hang Tight" emails
  • Received the "Take Flight" email
  • Still waiting for the next step 🤞

The waiting is definitely the hardest part! Good luck to everyone—we're all rooting for each other. 💙✈️

P.S. I recently created r/DeltaFAAspirants for anyone who wants a Delta-ONLY community to share timelines, interview experiences, questions, and support. Everyone is welcome! 💙✈️

Finally got the Take Flight video!! 🎉 Quick question for those who have been through this...

After weeks of waiting (and honestly starting to lose hope 😅), I finally received the Taking Flight video just few minutes ago ( Friday night at 9:30pm)!

My timeline has been:
• June 1 – Applied, assessment & ODVI completed
• June 11 – 1st Hang Tight
• June 21 – 2nd Hang Tight
• July 1 – 3rd Hang Tight
• July 10 – Finally received the Taking Flight email! 🎉

I'm so happy because, at the very least, it means my Delta application is still active and I'm still in the process. 🥹✈️

I know it doesn't guarantee the next step, but after all the waiting and multiple (3 ) "Hang Tight" emails, this feels like a little victory and I just wanted to share my excitement with people who understand!

I do have one question, though. After you watched the Taking Flight video, did you receive any confirmation email saying they received/completed it?

But I didn't receive any confirmation email, so I'm wondering if that's normal or if everyone else got one.

Thanks, and good luck to everyone still waiting! Hopefully we'll all get that interview invitation soon! 💙✈️

Tomorrow is July 11... am I about to receive my 4th "Hang Tight" email? ❤️🥹

My timeline so far:

  • June 1: Applied, completed the assessment, and finished my ODVI.
  • June 11: First "Hang Tight" email.
  • June 21: Second "Hang Tight" email.
  • July 1: Third "Hang Tight" email.

Tomorrow is July 11, and I'm honestly wondering... should I expect Hang Tight #4? 😭

At this point, I feel like I'm collecting them.

Has anyone actually received a fourth "Hang Tight" email? If so, what happened afterward? Did you eventually get a Face-to-Face invitation, or was it something else?

I'd love to hear your experience. I'm trying to stay positive, but the waiting is definitely hard.

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting! ❤️✈️

No Take Flight, Just 3 Hang Tight Emails... Anyone Else?

I could really use a little encouragement today.

I completed my Delta ODVI on June 1st, and since then... nothing.

I never received a Take Flight email. The only updates I've gotten are three "Hang Tight" emails, and that's it.

I'm trying to stay positive, but after more than a month of silence, seeing many people moving forward and having a F2F, I'm honestly feeling pretty discouraged. It's hard not to wonder if I've been forgotten or if I'm just waiting for the inevitable rejection.

Is anyone else in the same situation? Has anyone gone this long without hearing anything and still ended up getting invited to the Face-to-Face?

I know nobody here knows what's happening behind the scenes, but I'd really appreciate hearing some positive stories or words of encouragement. Thanks ❤️

F2F help!!

I’m so excited—I finally got invited to a Face-to-Face with United! ✈️❤️

This is my dream job with my dream airline.

I actually had a Face-to-Face with United four years ago, and I didn’t make it. I was so disappointed. I was heartbroken, and I didn’t apply again for years.

A few months ago, I finally found the courage to try again. Now that I have another chance, I’m both incredibly excited and absolutely terrified.

So tell me… what’s the secret to succeeding at the Face-to-Face?

And please don’t say, "Just be yourself," because I genuinely don't know how to be anyone else. 😂 I’m always authentic, I enjoy meeting people, and I try to make the most of every moment in life—that’s exactly how I approached my last interview, too.

So what else should I focus on? What made the difference for you? Any advice from those who received the CJO would mean the world to me.

Help!!! 🙏💙
