Destiny 2 player looking to give WoW a shot

Hey all,

With my favorite game on EoS, I've been itching for a new game that could replace that long term progression with good lore and campaigns to serve as window dressing and give context to the grind.

As a bit of context, I've played WoW before (both vanilla on private servers long before Classic was a thing, and the lvl 20 trial on retail a couple of years ago (I think I went into BfA for leveling after Exile's Reach) and enjoyed myself, but ended up not subbing because I had Destiny to keep me occupied. I've also played other MMOs in the past (GW2, but didn't enjoy it in the long run; and New World, which I really enjoyed for a while). Now, maybe because I've been watching Frieren, maybe because I've been on a fantasy mood, maybe because Destiny is done, I found myself looking into WoW again.

Midnight looks actually cool, but I'm on the fence on jumping right in and buying the latest expac, considering I have to factor in a sub on top of that. As such, and after a bit of research, I thought about subscribing for 3 months. It is my understanding that with only a sub, I'd be able to level up to 70 in Dragonflight, then do 70-80 on The War Within. Is this correct? Would a 3-month sub be enough to go through all this content? My idea is that, by the time the 3 months are up, I'd have made up my mind about whether I want to stick with WoW for the long run and get Midnight.

Does this sound like a good plan? Should I go through with this, are there any tips you have to share? Thanks in advance!

Xiaomi 17T - Should I upgrade?

Hi all,

Currently in a bit of dilemma, that I hope you guys can help me out with. I'm currently using a Huawei P30 128GB, which I've had since 2019 and that is getting a little "worn out", let's say. Fast charging no longer works, I can't make any PC read it to copy files from it (possibly due to the same issue that prevents fast charging) and I've been managing a nearly full storage for over a year now. I also can no longer use my bank's app, due to the Android version no longer being supported. As such, even though for everyday use the phone still works mostly fine, I've been considering an upgrade.
Here's the thing: I don't want to spend 1000€ on a phone. My usage mostly comes down to YouTube, Netflix, social media (Instagram and Reddit mostly) and just general everyday use. I don't need an incredible camera, as I have my own dedicated camera for photography when I travel, but I do value a good one, specially for video, which is what I mostly use my phone when travelling, with stability being very important. I also don't play games on my phone, so as long as the performance is good enough for a smooth experience for the above uses, I don't need the latest processor on a phone. Also, since I do enjoy travelling, eSIM functionality would be appreciated.

With all this in mind, I'm currently eyeing the Xiaomi 17T, which I could get for 450€ for the 256GB version (no 512GB version on my country, apparently). Would this be a worthy upgrade? Are there any other options in this price range (I don't mind spending a bit more if it's worth it) that I should consider, taking into account the uses I mentioned?

Thanks in advance!
