Eat or plant?

Eat or plant?

We've had this guy sitting on the side for a few weeks and now it's just gone ... well ... do we eat this or plant it?

If 'plant' is the answer, should I cut the 3 stems out and plant individually or another method?

Only thing surviving this heat is the slugs ...

For the past few years we've happily grown a good few food stuffs - potatoes, garlic, raspberries, courgettes, tons of beans ... but this year almost everything has been either eaten by nature or simply cannot stand the intense sunlight and heat.

The problem is we only have a small area that is in direct sun most of the day with no shading.

Previously we had a lot of birds, bees, butterflies, ladybirds ... again, this year, next to nothing.

So, at the end of this year I am going to remove all the growbags, planters etc and just sow a load of wild flowers and let nature take its course and hopefully attract the birds and bees back again before looking at what would be best to grow in the harsher conditions.

Anyone else planning something similar?

App crap

Hadn't used TGTG for a while but decided to check anything new in the area - had an app update waiting ... updated ... jeeeshhh!

What happened?
Can't 'browse' and set filters for a certain time/ area any more.
I mean, you can, but then it shows you a ton of stuff not in your area or time.

Absolutely useless.

Whoever though that UX was a good idea needs sacking.
