What is Bhaal gonna do when there's no one left to murder?

[Edit: I feel like a lot of people are just reading the title and not my madman ravings I get into after two sentences, or maybe it's being ignored deliberately :') ]

Bhaal tasked Durge with creating a dead world, being the last being alive and then killing themselves.

Bhaal gets his power from the acts of murder.

Hey actually in the middle of writing this post I did some research and I think I figured out my own question?

Durge is tasked with "slaughtering the whole world in Bhaal's name", which should refer to the planet Faerun is located on, Toril.

But apparently there's a whole space system in Dnd lore. Realmspace is the solar system (or Torilian System), which hold Toril alongside 7 other planets, all of them populated, though Toril is definitely the most dense one.

And then there's the rest of this realm (Prime Material Plane) which holds more systems, and then there is all the other realms with their own solar systems, planets and continents, so I guess plenty of murders to go around still.

Though this does contradict Bhaal's order of being "the last being alive", because there's quite the difference between being "the last being alive" and "the last being alive in this world". But I suppose he meant the latter then?

I do wonder how Durge would get rewarded if they were to complete this task, would they get a cushy afterlife? Does Bhaal even hold anything resembling a realm of his own anymore as a quasi-deity? In fact where does he live himself after the throne of blood got destroyed? I have more questions than what I started with :|

I was gonna keep going to 72, but my god did I get sick on the 3rd day.

The first day was a willpower thing were I had to fight my cravings, hunger and cranky mood, but I could pull through it. The second day was amazing, I had normal energy levels, very little foodnoise and a level of hunger that I could ignore. But my god the third day, I felt like I had a major flu. I got so nauseous and lethargic that I could pretty much just lie down and walk a few steps here and there.

I'm not quite sure what happened in my body to cause that, I was considering pushing through and gave it a few hours but it just kept getting worse and worse, so I ended it there with a ricecake with cream cheese and an egg. I perked up a little quite quickly but it took a small dinner of 200g potatoes and half a salmon fillet (~500-600kcal in total that day) as well as a good nap to feel normal again.

It gave me a bit of a scare that fasting could do that to me, I was expecting for it to just get easier or even nice as time went on like I've heard on here a lot.

I may try it again later, but I think that for the next few days I'll stick to an aggressive cut. The good news is the scale did start dropping on day two, I'm 1 whole kg down 😄

First real fast ever, I have lost only 0.1kg since starting yesterday, but my waistline is already down 2cm, hah! Water weight? I'm not sure, but it has to be working in some way cause I'm literally not eating (with the exception of black coffee, tea, coke zero and veggie broth (14kcal per serving).

I've been trying to cut calories for months/years with no success ever, but a few months ago I was quite depressed and ate like a piece of bread a day for 5 days, lost 2kg that I somehow kept off effortlessly since. So I have a feeling that fasting for a bit and losing weight rapidly just works out better for me than the slow and steady method (I also have ADHD so instant rewards are much more motivating than "you'll see results months from now").

Currently I feel like, kinda empty? But not hungry, I think my body is finally eating it's reserves. The food noise is much more quiet than yesterday, which is lovely.

I'm gonna try to get to 72 hours, maybe some weight will actually start shedding soon too heh.
