False Charges - Virgin Mobile

Twice now in the past week I checked mobile usage through the app and it’s showing charges for events that didn’t occur. 2 long distance texts and one long distance outgoing call. The company insists that they occurred but I know they did not and checked the phone to be sure it wasn’t just accidental. I’m happy to pay for something I used but that’s not the case here. I’m wondering if this is happening to anybody else? I’ve been with the company for 3 years and this is the first issue and I’m curious if maybe their system is glitching somehow.
