Hi folks, I am lucky enough to get interviews from both Scotia bank and CIBC working as an analyst.

They are both level 7 in their bank banding.

Just wanna know what's the base salary range for a Level 7?

How sure were you when you made that decision?

I am 30s now and have been living with my girlfriend for almost 3 years.

I am still not quite convinced that she will be my right one.
