Hi all,

I am currently working towards become at PA3 (I finished the courses) and have IS-29 and ICS 100.

I still need sign offs and do the oral board.

However, is it possible to be an “Acting PAO” through appointment from FC until I pass?

Or, is it all or nothing? TYIA
