Started from the lemon same seeds at the same time but one is lush green and the other yellowish. Any ideas?

Pentair Intellichlor Plus no water flow
Only had this new salt chlorinator a year and for some reason I’m not getting a water flow green light. All the pipe flows are in the usual position. Any thoughts on the problem? TIA
