I'm ableist but I'm disabled and I didn't know I'm ableist but someone said I'm ableist so I am.ableist.

This person on Instagram was bullying someone's compression socks. So I told them they shouldn't do that and it's ableist. But they said that I'm ableist. So now I'm ableist because they said so. What do I do? I think I'm faking my disability because I can't be disabled if I'm ableist. I'm scared. What do I do? Should I k**l myself? Because ableists think that disabled ppl shouldn't live. And I'm disabled. So then I shouldn't live right? What do Ido? Please answer someone. How do I stop being ableist.

Extreme / personally abnormal tachycardia (13, female, POTS, PANS/PANDAS)

Usually my heart rate stems from about 70bpm-120bpm. For most of today it's been 120bpm-160bpm. Is this dangerous? I'm 13 years old and have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Which yes +30bpm when standing is normal, and in fact in need for a diagnosis. But it's such a different number from my normal numbers. I also have had a road trip today and I woke up in the middle if the night with a very very slight nose bleed. I've felt kinda crappy all day. Is this just a flair? Or is it dangerous? I'm seeing a cardiologist who specializes in POTS in about a week or two. Should I just wait until then? Is this safe? Please answer!!! Here is also a video showing my heart rate today from when I'm asleep up until a few minutes ago.
