how often do you clean your zp6 grinder?

have had the forerunner 165 for about ~6 months now. when i first started using, it could last for about a week or so. however, now it could only last for ~2 days. eg when i charged it at night and wear it to sleep, the battery will drop to about 90-95. any idea why?
