Hey lovely coffee pros!

I am planning to open my first coffee shop and would be happy to receive some feedback on the barista workplace layout I've designed.

The place is going to be a cycling cafe, thus the focus is on quickly servicing groups of people arriving from rides. I'd love to go full on filter coffee but people here drink a lot of milk drinks. The pitcher rinser will have an integrated milk pump and be connected by a hose to the fridge.

The Fellow pot is probably excessive, cuz V60's will be taking too much time to prep, but still nice to have it if we see demand.

The bar wall is existing and we can't move it due to licence restrictions, so I'm a bit worried if we have enough of storage space under the counter.

Laid off with Highly Qualified Worker residence

Spain immigration question
Hi everyone,
I have a question about Spanish immigration rules and self-employment.
I currently hold a temporary residence and work authorization as a Highly Qualified Worker under Ley 14/2013.
My employment relationship with the company that originally sponsored this authorization ended due to dismissal. I am now registered with SEPE and receiving contributory unemployment benefits (prestación contributiva por desempleo), which have been granted until April 2027.
As far as I understand, my residence authorization remains valid / can be maintained after dismissal because I am entitled to unemployment benefits.
I have notified UGE regarding the case but they remain silent.

My question is:
Can I register as autónomo and ask SEPE to make my unemployment benefit compatible with self-employment for the legally allowed period, without negatively affecting my current Highly Qualified Worker residence authorization?
Or would registering as autónomo be considered a move into self-employment activity, requiring a prior modification of my residence/work authorization, even if SEPE allows the unemployment benefit to be compatible with autónomo activity?

My next step regarding residency will be applying for a modification to Cuenta propia, but I was planning to do it in the beginning of 2027 and I already need an autonomo to start invoicing my customers.

Searching for my first z3

Hi All!

A couple of years ago I saw a Z3 coupe for the first time in my life. It was parked in front of our sports complex in a small spanish town I used to live in. Oh, that thing really caught my eye, but at the moment I just got a brand new company car (an X1) and that wasn't really the time to get the second car.

Nowadays as we've moved into a bigger city, I don't really need a daily driver, but that little strange car still sits in my memory and became an obsession. So, I've started the search for a 3.0L coupe and wanted to ask the fellow community what to look for before commiting to one?

Is the welding issue actual for the coupe or only roadsters?

Should I really prioritize 3.0 over 2.8?

Any other known issues to avoid when choosing?
