What are your thoughts on where to place the Constantinople base on the base Scythe board?
I haven't even tried yet as I've been enjoying DoM.
I'm not looking for the min/max OP answer, just everyone's experiences so far in trying different base locations.
Looking for insight from newbs and grognards alike. I myself have played all editions since 2AD&D in the early 90's.
What are your top 5 quintessential encounters? What are the moments that encapsulate the D&D experience for you?
I've been tasked with writing a 5 encounter progression that starts with making your way through a wooded area to a small cottage in a clearing and ends with fighting a dragon (I guess that's technically encounter 5).
And I'm looking for inspiration from the community because the overarching story is that the party are being led by the nose by a God who has witnessed D&D, but only knows it as a concept of a game, and not the intricacies of it's execution. As if they only saw it through the lens of pop culture (should I include a dread gazebo?!)
Looking forward to your responses...
