how are creators getting such polished edits from capcut?

i've been making short videos for a small travel page and i'm starting to feel like i'm missing something with my editing. i use capcut for pretty much everything, but my videos still look kinda basic compared to other creators using what seems like the same app. my usual edits are just cuts, captions, some zooms, music and a few transitions. then i see other travel reels where everything feels really smooth and intentional. the text looks cleaner, the timing is better, and even simple transitions somehow look way more polished. how are creators getting such polished edits from capcut?

Is it normal to feel worse before feeling better in therapy?

I started therapy recently after debating it for a long time. I honestly thought I would feel lighter right away, but some sessions actually leave me feeling more emotional or mentally tired than before.

My therapist has not done anything wrong , I feel comfortable talking there. I think it’s just that digging into things I usually avoid thinking about brings a lot up, and it takes time to settle afterward.

I guess I’m wondering if this is just part of the process.
