I need help for team building I don't know which characters I should invest into since I mostly pull for Characters I find interesting (which I deeply regret) and now I'm having a hard time since I don't know what should I do with my characters

Bronya E3S0

Tingyun E2 with DDD

DHPT E0S0

I missed Both Cyrene and Cerydra since I took a break

So what should I Invest Next?
