Can someone from spectrum please tell us what schedule you work as Outside plant maintenance, please includes what area and how you guys handle backyard easements. We(cox) currently have two schedules - Sunday thru Wednesday 7am-6pm and Wednesday thru Saturday 7am-6pm. I work in the SW region.

Hello, I have a 401K loan from one company and we are switching the company the handles our 401Ks. They are telling me I will either have to make the payments on my own or I will have to file the loan as an early withdrawal. The question I have is, if I were to file as an early withdrawal will it be for the remaining balance or for the original loan?
How does spectrum do their leadership structure? Also, what department does Plant maintenance fall under? Does spectrum have a maximum number of techs per supervisor?
For example, at Cox we have
Supervisor - 8 to 12 techs usually
Manager - 4 to 8 Supervisors
Director - 1-6 managers
VP - Some amount of directors IDK.
