never seen one of these before, who is this strange guy?

Located in south carolina. saw spots from far away, thought he could be a laternfly so I moved in for the squish, but when i got close enough I could tell this guy isn't close to one, so what is he?

What bug is this?

I found this little guy on my cucumber plant after a severe storm. I live in Southwest Missouri. I was wondering what kind of bug it is? It looks like a cicada but smaller. I’d like to know if it is a friend or foe.

What kind of bug is this?

This insect was on my door for hours without moving. I'm not sure if it can fly, but it mildly tolerated being touched (it would move slightly, but not try to leave). It's a little over an inch width-wise and less than an inch length-wise.

Beetle found in kitchen sink

Found this beetle in the sink by unwashed dishes (living in a household with a chronic issue of leaving food out and not washing dishes). I could not for the life of me ID it myself

Tiny, white and fuzzy

He's pretty teenie... maybe half a centimeter? Tried Google with no success. Found in a rural home in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

What is this?

Is it a carpet battle, German cockroach or a tawny/field roach? Or something else? It did fly but very low and short distance and could not maintain it. Believe it was already dying before I killed it. I will say it’s uncommon for roaches of this size to fly at all here in the DC area but idk since it was dying that may explain it.

Friend or Foe?

This got into our house. My kids said it was chasing them, but that might be an over exaggeration.

Edit: Ohio, USA
