What bug is this?

Found it crawling around on its back on the road and took it home. What is it and can we keep it?

Edit: this was found in Maryland

What type of bug is this?

My friend and I were standing waiting for the train and she made a mistake and stepped on this bug but we don’t know what kind it is. Can someone tell me?!?!?

Bad spider or good spider?

In Maryland, if that matters. On a one inch pool hose for scale. Just wondering if I should re-home or squash. Normally not a fan or squashing, but this dude looks scary!

Found this cutie in Alabama! I need help finding out what species they are though

Well. All of my images suck. And I don't know their gender either. So, this baby has two stripes on their wings and two orangey spots a bit above the stripes.

Shitty ms paint recreation of wing colors included!

I really wanna know what to feed them, i currently have a cotton ball soaked in sugar water and a flower i saw another moth snacking on a few weeks ago, as well as a stick for them to perch on (which they have not)

Keep seeing these around the house. Anyone know what it is?

These guys are tiny (like a mm or 2?) and don’t really do much aside from sit on a wall somewhere. Also are completely unfazed by water and will fly straight through the shower stream/splashed water. [Southern California]

Found on my kitchen table in my Massachusetts Airbnb

In an Airbnb that has been full of problems. Is this a German roach nymph? Cape Cod, next to a lake

What large mandibled lady or feller is this

Southern California - I had my windows and doors open at night and I see this thing perched up on a wall. They are still alive and trapped in a bottle. They move extremely slow.

Just saw this on a tree in my backyard in the Deep South. Between a quarter and half dollar size. What is this it?

Giant Freaky Wasp In Southern Idaho

Found this giant wasp like creature while on my bike ride. It's about the size of my thumb. It looked absolutely terrifying, and for a moment I thought it was one of those invasive Asian giant hornets. It looked like it was wriggling around, (The third image is a frame from a video I took of it.) so I thought maybe it was either laying an egg, infected with something, or molting. When I went back the next day, it was still there, but now it's dead. What is this thing?

Wondering what kind of wasp this is

I live in Northern Maine. I found her in my garage too weak to fly.
I was gonna pick her up, but her mandibles are pretty intimidating. I didn’t get it in the video, but they’re massive and can open up completely parallel to each other. I gave her some sugar water and she spent the last 10 minutes cleaning the dust off of herself and she seems a lot more perky. Hopefully she will fly away soon.

I would love an ID if anybody happens to know!

Speedy little land shrimp

This fella would not sit still! Had a lithe flexy little frame and a couple of feelers at the end. Who do we have here?
