LFS accidently gave him to me as part of another order years ago and I didn't notice until I got him home.

So I signed up in March because of the recommendation from Wirecutter. And one of the features that I was excited for was the email masking. So I used it for like a week or so and signed up to a few websites with some masked emails. I quickly noticed that it wasn't forwarding my emails to my normal inbox. I thought that was weird, but I didn't worry too much about it because it had an inbox on the UI where I could I could view the emails and it was only a few websites. Didn't think much of it because I was using the web-based inbox that it had built in, I had created a ticket with support, and they had filed a bug report. Not the best, but I could deal with that. Then one morning I couldn't get into the inbox. It had this message.

Setting up or adjusting your privacy tools is paused while we finish a platform update. Anything you'd already set up continues to work behind the scenes. We'll bring the configuration screens back soon. If you run into an issue during this window, please contact support.

Again, no big deal, probably just doing routine maintainence.

Flash forward to today. It has now been over 3 months. I have filled numerous tickets and have had half a dozen phone calls. Support says that they do not know when it will be back online. I finally got a time frame yesterday: sometime this quarter.

They keep offering to give me a refund but I keep having to explain to them that I can't do that until I get access to the inbox again, which I can't do until they turn the new platform on.

What company just takes down an entire feature without a replacement?

TLDR: Joindeleteme.com just removed a feature without notice and I have been unable to access certain emails for over three months.

I spray painted the back of a new tank I am working on. I didn't tape it off like I usually do because I figured if there is any overspray on the sides, I can razorblade it off . There was a bit too much on one side and it looked like it dripped down when it was drying overnight and got in the seams. I just noticed it. I am screwed right? No way I can get to that right?
