Picked these up from wally world today, didn't see any boards from the new series w/ the new packaging and hooks to clip onto things😭

Still though, they had 8 different graphics out which was awesome. I didnt have any of these yet! The closest walmart from where i live is in a town 45 minutes away, so getting to check out the tech decks is like a little treat for me! The krooked board is my favorite!

Tried split ply for the first time, too bad my mold sucks!

Honestly happy with how it turned out given I've been using a 20$ 3d printed mold. The mold cracked when I was pressing this board, that's why it has such a low shape. :(

Once I get a durable mold that will push out perfectly shaped boards every time, I'm highly considering starting up a small company where I can sell AFFORDABLE handmade fingerboards along w/ quality wheels, trucks, tape, etc. that don't cost an arm and a leg for the average consumer.

Prices are too damn high. I refuse to bow down to the top companies that are selling 4 tiny wheels with tiny bearings for $50+. 😂

Best company that sells high quality molds?

Hey guys. Ive been making a few boards with a cheaper 3d printed mold & of course it's already cracked due to the pressure of clamping after making only 5 boards. Yes, I knew that using a chunk of wood on the top and bottom of the mold to even the pressure would have kept the 3d printed mold from cracking. However, it is extremely difficult to line up the mold with all the extra layers to make sure it shapes the veneer correctly. (If that makes sense). I really want to start selling boards that i make and develop a small, affordable company for all of us who want a quality, solid wooden board that doesnt cost an arm and a leg. The only problem is my mold is shit. I do believe I have an artistic feel to myself and think I could make boards that people would enjoy riding/collecting.

I'd really like to find a quality mold that doesn't have extremely high kicks, keeps the accuracy and consistency of the shape every time, etc. If anyone knows any companies that sell high quality (maybe custom) fingerboard molds, please let me know! Thank you!
