I (28 F) started getting folliculitis type bumps(small,red) on my buttocks a little over a year ago and what I believe was a boil last August. Took forever to heal and still have a bit of a dark spot from it, a couple months later it came back in the same spot then went away again. Have only had the small red bumps since until last month I got another boil (different spot), then another this month. I saw a Derm in January who said I had folliculitis (no bacterial or fungal skin test) and prescribed an antibiotic. Haven’t taken it yet due to ongoing stomach issues. Couldn’t get back in with Derm to ask for a topical antibiotic so I used my health insurance telehealth Derm and she thinks I have HS. Was prescribed a different antibiotic and something topical. Does this sound like hidradenitis? I have no other boils or bumps anywhere else besides normal acne on my face since early 20s.

I have a house sitting client who travels for work so I’m at their home at least half the month, every month, for over a year now. They heard my vacation plans fell through the other month so they booked me a hotel at the beach for a couple of nights with their points! So kind!
Now, I very much want to show my appreciation but have no idea how. Thoughts?
