Denying me access to my account and funds
I used this bank for over 3 years and was quite happy with it. But now since few days they deny me access to my bank account and my funds, because my identity documents are expired. I have an official paper from immigration authorities that my stay is legal, but they simply don't care. Now I can't pay my rent, groceries, internet and so on. I'm trying to escalate it via multiple channels, but support (beside very few cases) is the most frustrating there. They simply don't care, quiting chats without resolving anything and so on. As a premium member, they denying me a phone call support, because I cannot access my app - so basically when it matters most. I'm regretting fully changing to this bank right now and will definitly considering moving on.
