I discovered this bump under my skin right at the base of my ass crack. It hurts similar to a bruise but also is burning and feels like it’s having constant pressure. I’d say it’s by my coccyx so i’m wondering if that’s anything but when i pinch it it’s definitely a mass. idk how to describe it but it just really hurts and grew within a few hours of me first discovering it. Hasn’t gone down since yesterday and still super hurts .(
