I understand that its technically a hard 2 year cohabitation rule but I know two people personally who have applied at about 18 months and slighlty before that back during covid (non irish but eu partners in both cases) and am wondering if this is anyones more recent experience of it.

I have also heard that theyre stricter with Irish partners (Im an irish born citizen) than eu partners on the rules, if anyone could tell me about any experience they have of this or give me any advice id appreciate it

Is it possible to apply for this as an irish citizen living in ireland trying to sponsor a non eu national to get around the mountain of paperwork and hard 2 year cohabitation rule for the stamp 4 de facto partner visa. Were together 3 years living together only one because of fincancial strain when we were both students.

Has anyone attempted this or consulted a solicitor about it

What recruitment agencies should I reach out to for someone trying to leave retail who has a degree in communications and media and a masters in business management. I’ve tried cold calling a few agencies but not even sure who to contact or how to go about it, if anyone can let me know.
I’ve tried thousands of jobs but having very little luck except with public sector where I get the odd interview but I don’t have the right visa for that so only go for experience. I know some public sector rolls will hire without a need for stamp 4/ citizenship if anyone knows the specifics?
Anything posted on Linkedin seems to be a waste of time unfortunately.
