any suggestions to lower the inflamed feeling for my uterus. It is affecting my mental health a lot!!!

Sometimes my uterus feels physically “angry” for lack of a better word 😭 Like swollen, reactive and inflamed even when I’m nowhere near my period. I’m struggling to explain this properly but wondering if others with adenomyosis relate?

Has anyone frozen eggs after surgery for endometriosis or fibroids? Did it affect your retrieval numbers?

I’ve been reading a lot about how surgeries for endometriosis, cysts or fibroids can sometimes impact ovarian reserve depending on location, size, repeat surgeries etc and now I’m confused about timing 😭 did anyone here freeze eggs after surgery and notice a big change in AMH, follicle count or retrieval outcome compared to before? Trying to understand real experiences a little better.

I had to cancel my day again even though the scan said everything looks normal

I went in for a scan because the same right side pain has been coming back again, that deep pulling kind that just makes it hard to function normally. The report came back saying everything looks normal and stable, but I was already lying down for most of the day before I even got the results because the pain was that distracting.

It’s this strange place where my body clearly feels something strong enough to stop my day, but on paper it doesn’t really show up the same way, and I’m left trying to make sense of that gap on my own.

Has anyone regretted not freezing earlier vs. feeling unsure even after doing it???

I am stuck in between "good I did it" and "did I overthink this too much"! Pls tell me there are ladies out there who are or have been through the same boat as I am right now!

Something small and everyday that shouldn’t matter much, but somehow it always irritates you. The kind of thing that builds up frustration even though it’s technically not a big deal!!!

For the longest time I kept thinking maybe this level of pain is just “normal”…because that’s what you keep hearing 😞 But it never really felt normal to me…just something I got used to explaining away…This video really hit that point about how pelvic pain gets dismissed so easily and why you have to keep advocating for yourself even when it’s exhausting…Have you ever felt like you had to convince people your pain is real?
