This is one of the most triggering ROCD statements for me. I’m scared of never being satisfied with my partner because I don’t think I’ll ever “just know.”

My partner and I are having our 1 year this week and it is the calmest relationship I’ve ever had, but I feel like I’m constantly plagued by doubts concerning the “rightness” of our relationship. I think it is a mix of genuine relationship concerns and ROCD. I’ve just started ERP and I really just want some peace. The only way out feels like breaking up but I’m so scared of making the wrong decision.
