What should we do this those cables?

We've just removed build-in wardrobe in kids room and found those two cables that seem to be added later and were fixed to a wooden plank. What should we do with them?

  1. They are hanging off the ceiling, going under the loft plank, rather than above. Do we need electrician to move it or should we plasterboard over it?

  2. Can we put the cable in the wall or should we use trunking?
