Hi
I had solar installed a couple of months ago and the Fox ESS app consistently shows grid import of 0.1kwh per day whereas my smart metre usage shows approx 3kwh per day (even on very sunny days when I’m not home and battery is fully charged).

My neighbour (duplex) has the exact same setup but theirs shows 0.1kwh per day on both the app and smart metre.

Have tried contacting the installer multiple times to explain but they don’t think anything is wrong with the installation.

Any ideas please?
