Where can I get safety goggles? I bought from NUS Co-op but they're heavily scratched.

I recently got safety goggles from NUS Co-op just yesterday (14 Aug) and opened then today only to see how badly scratched they are. There's also multiple small circle marks on the left side. I tried washing but the circle marks aren't going away. Didn't expect it from the store but ig cause it was around 5 dollars. I tried to check for defects but couldn't see past the packaging. I'll prob need to get a backup pair anyway but I'd rather get a better quality one. So if anyone has recommendations, that'd be great!

How to apply for portable ac for RVRC?

I'm staying at rvrc and got no AC for my room. Recently they sent a QR codes in the group for us to apply for portable ac/mini fridge. But the form asks questions that seems like they expected us to have bought the AC alr. And ofc I haven't bought it. They ask for 2 pictures. 1 of the specifications on the portable ac which I managed to screenshot from the listing on shopee. But the 2nd pic they ask for pic of the safety mark. They also ask for the safety mark number which I can't find as well. My parents plan to get the EuropAce, EGAC10A6. At this point, I'm not even sure if this model has the safety mark? If anyone has recommendations for any portable ac less than or equal to 10k BTU, pls share. Not to mention, we'll also have to find out how to install it in my room using the windows.

Pls don't suggest just living with the heat. Call me spoiled or whatever but it's legit too hot nowadays. Even at home with a much better fan in my living room, I'm sweating within minutes. I swear it wasn't like that last year. I haven't tried staying in my room at RV so far because even sitting in it for 30 minutes is so bad. The fan on the highest setting just blows warm air at you. It just gets hotter the more I sit in my room. It's even worse since have to walk up and down hill from my faculty to my room under hot sun.

I can't retrieve my NUS mobile key.

I booked check in slot for 1 Aug but they emailed me that I can check in earlier on 31 July. So I retrieved my mobile key on 31 July perfectly fine. But somehow the app needed to be updated so I did. I realized I needed to delete and reinstall the app the next day on 1 Aug before retrieving my mobile key for the 2nd time. I did so successfully. Now it's 2 Aug and the key is disabled with the key button being grey in colour. The app also says my check out date is 2 Aug 2026? Which is today? That makes 0 sense cause I literally just checked in. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it again. Verified my email as well but the pop-up says I already have the mobile key downloaded somewhere else. I don't. I tried retrieving the mobile key again on my new phone but it says error rather than telling me I alr have the key downloaded on another device.

I did send in a request on UHMS already, describing everything. I'd like to know if anyone else has a solution or a faster way for solve this issue? I havent finished moving in. Most of my stuff is already in the room and I've alr cleaned it as well. I have compulsory ori next week and would like to move in as quickly as possible. I swear the mobile key is the worst possible idea ever. A physical keycard is so much more convenient.

Finally received email from NUS after accepting the offer

I think they're finally sending out emails. Reminder to check all your inboxes, especially spam. They gave me a deadline to finish sending in additional documents, create NUS-ID and all the admin stuff. It's 6 June but it might be diff for everyone so make sure you complete it by the deadline!!!
