Phrolova or Sigrika

I currently have Qiuyuan S1R0 from his last rerun banner. I just really liked his aesthetic so I pulled him and I also like Sigrika and Phrolova design. I got S1 with corals because I hate getting interrupted during his forte 😅. With phrolova possibly last rerun coming up should I pull her or wait till Sigrika rerun to pair with Qiuyuan? I do not have Cantarella or other echo skill damage dealer. And I am not planning on pulling for Cantarella or Galbrena. Thanks!!

I am so torn for my pull plans for the 2nd phase of 3.3

My original plan was to pull Phrolova plus Sig in phase 2 of 3.3 to pair her up with Qiuyuan. But I also have use for Chisa and Denia as well for Hiyuki and Luuk/Ameaeth respectively. If my luck is not too terrible I should be able to get one weapon and 2 characters with the pulls that I currently have. I just don’t know if phorlova is still worth my first priority since it seems like 3.5 will have a new havoc dps. Which 2 characters and which weapon should I go for in phase 2 of 3.3? Or should I just pull one character from phase 2 and then save for Lucilla in 3.4?
