Is it possible to set the taskbar to left and a theme of windows dark mode and apps light mode during IPU from win10 to win11? Both for existing and any new user profiles?

New stock for veg seedlings?
Any staff here know if new stock is still coming in for vegetable seedlings for garden? Specifically looking for cucumbers.

Wind ravaged tomatoes
Go figure. Same day I put out my seedlings a thunderstorm kicked up that evening and the winds absolutely ravaged them.
Should I rip em up and start over while the season is early?
Switch from cages to stakes?
Let em ride?
Cover the cage sides in clear plastic or sun net as wind break?
Urgh this is so disappointing. Zone 6a.
