A big thumbs down

A big thumbs down

My daughter is on the spectrum and definitely likes having her safe food on hand (one of them being chicken nuggets)

Bought these last week and good god. They are absolutely terrible. No flavour, weird breading and just a general bad product. Meat seems ok but they don’t taste like anything.

These get a hard pass.

Definitely a winner.

I saw this reviewed in another post and decided to give it a try. I always make pot roast from scratch but have a really heavy week ahead. This is really easy to make. I put it over rice and will add frozen veg when I eat it. There is more than enough gravy. I got a full week of meals out of this. I wouldn't hesitate buying this again. 👍👍

Couch/Sectional Help

Had to repost as I had to edit the list with a more apartment friendly size. Looking to purchase a couch or sectional for $2,000 and appreciate any recommendations. I'm a couch potato and have a dog and a cat.

Just started a new long term relationship.

Almost feels big enough to have it's own room.

Did the cocktail shrimp vanish?

The past three times I’ve been to my local Costco (Montreal area), there has been exactly zero shrimp cocktail platters.

This is an absolute staple in my diet in the summer when I have no desire to cook.

Anyone else?

Between that and the cottage cheese being MIA, my trips have been so disappointing…

Kirkland Brand Paper Towels

I normally purchase the Kirkland paper towels from either Costco Ancaster, Costco Stoney Creek or on rare occasion (usually during winter) I order online and I assume the inventory is from the closest warehouse to me, which is Burlington.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced what I have: My paper towels smell like mildew, straight out of the plastic packaging. I can't pinpoint exactly which location mine are from, but I know that my storage area is not humid or wet and furthermore, I've been storing them in the same location for 19 years and this is the first time I've encountered this.

I've also determined that the towels haven't become wet after being packaged because they're not at all distorted, as you'd expect if the package had been wet during delivery or sometlme while they were in the warehouse.

This is driving me crazy and I fear if the next package smells like this, I'll stop using them....it's really kind of gross.

Those Sourdough Pizza Crusts are Better Than Takeout

We made cheese for the kids, proscuitto and salami, and a proscuitto hawaiian. I kid you not it was some of the best pizza I've had. Best part is there's enough mozzarella and meat to make about 8 more pizzas (I'll need more crusts though!)

Oven for 10 minutes at 400 was stellar.

Felicia Oat & Cauliflower Pasta from Costco is surprisingly delicious (and actually healthy!)

I picked up the Felicia Oat & Cauliflower Pasta at Costco in Toronto, expecting it to be another “healthy alternative” that I’d have to tolerate. Instead, it turned out to be one of the best pasta alternatives I’ve tried.
The texture is excellent—it cooks well, doesn’t fall apart, and has a satisfying bite that’s much closer to traditional pasta than I expected. The flavor is mild, so it works beautifully with almost any sauce.
What I appreciate most is the simple, wholesome ingredients. It’s made with oat and cauliflower, so it feels like you’re eating something that’s actually nourishing rather than overly processed. It leaves me feeling satisfied without that heavy feeling I sometimes get after regular pasta.

Has anyone seen this at their local Costco recently? It hasn’t been available at mine for the last 2 months.

Aleve liquid gelcaps

Is it just my location or has Costco stopped carrying Aleve liquid gelcaps altogether. I see they have tablets, but they don’t work the same way.
Bummed if I have to pay more for less elsewhere.

Love Beets

Does anyone know why the stores in Edmonton Alberta can't get these in all of a sudden? I have tried two locations and nothing!

Did anyone like these?

Splurged on these last week, I’ve tried every flavor multiple times now and I’m just not feeling them. Cove sodas never hit the mark with me. They all taste basically the same and but yet there is somehow no flavor?!

I just wanted a low cal sweet treat 😭

What did you guys think of them?

Did Costco sell me a returned TV?

In Vancouver region. Bought a 65inch TV from Costco.ca, the box arrived with visible patches from the outside (should just return it then).

Opened it up, everything seemed to be fine. The protetive film is still on the TV and all the packaging was original. However once hooked to TV, the panel shows a shattered screen (from inside as the outside screen is intact).

Is this bad luck or did Costco sell me a returned TV?
