Since Fizz is offering 5G on all plans, here's my data speeds for 4G and 5G in Montreal.

Let me know yours!

Honeypot theory.

My hope in all of this is that Prolific has disabled their anti script measures in order to gather a pool of users who use them. And then bam, huge ban wave.

Wishful thinking, I know.

Doordasher forgot part of my groceries.

I've been using Walmart's free delivery promotion and they use doordash for their orders.

The doordasher was having a hard time using the intercom so I went downstairs to help them out. Turns out they were using my apartment # instead of the code that I had provided in the instructions.

Well, I checked out the order and I noticed they were missing a bag. I informed them and they said they had forgotten it in the car.

Honest mistakes happen and I didn't give them a hard time about it. But it's kind of convenient that it was all of the high value items in my order (bacon, cheese, etc).

This has happened 9 out of 10 orders so far. That's a lot of honest mistakes.

Turns out I've been giving PayPal around 4% to cash out.

My local currency is CAD, so converting from USD and GBP incurs a 4% hidden fee inside the PayPal conversion rate.

I know most of you already know this so I'm just posting for the newbies out here (me included).

I looked up how to best cash out and it turns out you can set up GBP/USD accounts in Wise and link it to PayPal. No fees to withdraw from PayPal using native currencies.

Setting up a USD account in PayPal worked fine for me, but I had to contact support in order for them to override the currency settings in my PayPal account to allow me to add a GBP bank account.

Once that was done, I would use Wise to convert everything to CAD and send it to my regular bank account. I also have a referral for Wise if you're interested.

With this method you save around $50 on 1000 USD in PayPal fees. Which is about 70 CAD for me, ouch. Quite a bit of beer money.

Warrants and half stock question.

If the plan is to issue 50% stock to pay for an eBay acquisition, then what is the point of the warrants? Aren't they going to expire worthless by October 30th due to dilution since a hostile takeover is going to take longer than that?

Also, this all hinges on the upcoming shareholder vote. If that doesn't pass then what?

I started Prolific in May and made $450CAD so far. Hit me up for a referral and skip the waitlist!

It pays out in GBP and USD. I use PayPal to cash out.

This is from 15 days of doing surveys at work during downtime.

A la carte yakitori style skewers? Please give me your recommendations!

Lamb? Yes please. Octopus? Absolutely! Charcoal grill? Give it to me now!

I went to such a place, but unfortunately don't remember the name. They even had chicken skins and hearts, which were delicious.
