This is through internal communication confirmed by current employees. It may be a typo as it says 10/16 and they used the word “tomorrow”. When the company puts out communication like this, it’s going to be changing asap.

What does he think signing this mystical letter will do? Congress does it's work through committee hearings and passing legislation, not signing letters.
