Rent a car / public transport / taxis?

I’m heading to Malta in 10 days. I’m going to Gozo for a night and then staying in Valletta. Planning on going to Mdina for a day trip and some vineyards. What’s the easiest way to get around? I’ve read driving in Malta can be tricky - I’m an experienced and confident driver, UK based so used to left hand driving and enjoy the freedom of having a car, but would appreciate any guidance.

Vineyard stays - Sorrento area

Hey!

I’m turning 30 at the beginning of August and I’m really hoping to stay on a vineyard somewhere near Sorrento (looking around 7-12th). Does anyone have any recommendations? I’ve tried searching but I’m struggling to find anything!

First dental on dog - 13 teeth removed.

Our 4 year old Poochon (toy poodle / bichon frise) went in for his first dental yesterday and had 13 teeth removed.

Since he was a puppy, we’ve tried very hard to get him used to having his teeth brushed. The most we’re ever able to do is get some toothpaste on his teeth and gums but we can’t brush them. Lately, I noticed his breath was becoming worse so booked him in for a dental.
At the pre op, the vet struggled to look at his teeth (he gets stressed at the vets), but he did get a visual on some of his teeth and said that they didn’t look too bad, probably just a scale and polish was required.
Dropped him off and had a phone call later in the day, saying he’d had 13 teeth removed. I was shocked. When I went to pick him up, I asked the veterinary nurse about why so many were removed, and should I be concerned because he seems very young to have so many removed. She didn’t provide much information, seemed very casual about the whole thing and just kept saying how her dog had annual dentals.

I’m feeling shocked by the whole situation and am concerned that he is very young to have so many teeth removed. Prior to taking him in, someone I know who uses the same veterinary practice said that they thought they were “trigger happy” with surgery and often did unnecessary procedures and this is now making me question whether all of these teeth even needed removing. How do I go about getting clarity on this? I’m thinking of asking to speak to the surgeon directly. Can I get a second opinion from another veterinary practice and how does this work?

Thanks in advance.

I am not techy, and the MacBook Pro options are a minefield. I’m trusting you guys to guide me in the right direction. What do I need? - I’m talking all the options from screen size and type, to memory and storage.

I work in healthcare and am looking for something to use for my business. I don’t do anything extravagant, maybe have max 5 programs running at one time. I do save a lot of documents so need space for that.

I’m thinking I’m looking at basic spec, but I can afford something a bit more pricey if it’s really worth it (ie the screen quality is massively better).

I’m a novice, I know. MacBook Gurus, please help me.
