Help! (Better Photos)

I was able to get better photos of each ear.

My GP just went out of practice so I'm in the middle of switching, and an ENT dismissed me previously saying he couldn't help me.

Main Symptoms:

Ear pain, tinnitus, wetness, muffled hearing.

TMJ, near constant sense of wetness/liquid in ears, eczema, vestibular migraines, ear pain after swimming or showering, ear pain after being near fans/AC.

Lots of old, hard wax came out a few days ago, and there was still in rings around both canals. I'm worried there appears to be some on the eardrum in my left ear, but the PA I saw said nothing wrong in left ear.

Normal?

Photos from yesterday and today.

Even though I have tried to find pictures online, I can never tell if my ear drums look normal compared to them.

I constantly have wet wax and the feeling of drainage and itchiness in my ears, and if I get a cold I immediately get a sore throat and earache even if no one else in the family does.

My kid has had to have ear tubes, but I never did (though was growing up in late 80s and 90s).

I get tinnitus frequently, but when I went to an ENT he took a look in my ears and said there wasn't anything really wrong or that he could do. Asked if I used q tips and I admitted I did when it became unbearable to take with the wax buildup, etc. He was really unhelpful.

Can someone tell me if my ear canals and drums look normal or if I should pursue help?

I extracted several big chunks of dark orange/rust colored wax yesterday but then today have had that sensation of wetness and drainage all day.

I also feel like my canals are very narrow as I struggle to even get the otoscope in...like there's a "shelf" or something I have to bypass.

Thanks for any help and advice.

Edit to add: anytime I go underwater in the pool I have horrible pain the following days.

I have a history of acid reflux since infanthood that caused central nervous apnea; had tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy as child; continue to have GERD and migraines including vestibular migraines and migraines affected by barometric pressure. Easily motion sick.

Help ID (plus a few questions)

I wasn't sure if this was something that could be determined here, but I've been confused about the type this guy is, as well as his relative age. Using male pronouns just for ease, I understand the gecko may be female.

We believe he is in the 2-4 month range.

In terms of determining his morph type or if there is albinoism, from my research (I'm new to the subject), he appears to have characteristics consistent with a Tangerine Albino. However, under lights he also has much redder eyes and they definitely look "raptor" like or may be Abyssinian.

A lot of the trouble I am having is coming from Google giving me AI results that don't always correspond correctly to their sources, etc. and then many sources themselves appearing to be contradictory, even from legitimate wildlife or zoo sites.

I'm also really curious about the albino strains of Trempor, Rainwater, and Bell. Do those determine anything at all of importance? Like is it important to know what kind yours is if it's albino?

I know he isn't blind, and definitely reacts to visual stimuli -- in fact he seems to be very social and seek out "glass time" when I'm nearby.

(Apologies for weird cropping of pic in home--had to remove some identifying info that was visible)
