How true is it that the computations in Pharmaspirit anre exactly the ones who came out on the exams?

Hi everyone. I am planning to sit for the November Exam. Any tips? I am studying through PharmAchieve or can you recommend better course? Please enlighten me and do you think it's doable 5 months prep? What areas should I focus more and areas that I should not?
