Hola, acabo de graduarme como abogada y estoy buscando mi primer trabajo. Me encuentro en un proceso en profamilia y otro en una multinacional, me llama más la atención el puesto en profamilia ya que creo que puedo generar un impacto más significativo que llenandole los bolsillos a unos empresarios. Sin embargo no sé que tanta oportunidad de crecimiento profesional pueda tener en profamilia, ya que la oportunidad de crecimiento en la multinacional es bastante y eso es lo que me hace inclinarme por la multinacional. Quisiera saber la experiencia de alguien que haya trabajado en profamilia, gracias :)

Hi, I just graduated law school in Latin America and I'm searching for my first job. I'm alredy in an advanced recruiting process in Arthur J. Gallagher in the compliance area. The pay is a little low and it offers two WFH days. But I also recently applied to another position in a non-profit company who advocates for human and sexual rights, wich I'm really interested in. The non-profit offers 4 WFH days per week an the pay is almost twice the pay in Gallagher, but I dont know if I'll have the same opportunity to grow profesionally in the non profit as I would probably have in Gallagher. I dont know what to do. I'm on the last stages of the Gallagher recruiting process, in the non-profit company I'm still in the first stages of the process and I wil probably have an answer from Gallagher before knowing if I got the job at the non-profit. I'd like to hear your opinions, thanks!
