Did Imu Defeated Joy Boy??
Lately, one thought has been bugging me: Did Imu actually defeat Joy Boy, or is Oda intentionally hiding a bigger part of the story from us?
The more I think about it, the less it makes sense that the Ancient Kingdom, which was said to be 100 times more advanced than the current world, could have been defeated by an alliance of just 20 kingdoms.
On top of that, Joy Boy supposedly had access to Ancient Weapons like Pluton and Uranus. Those weapons alone were powerful enough to wipe out entire kingdoms, so it's hard to believe they still lost without there being more to the story.
The recent few chapters also revealed that Imu fought both Joy Boy and the God of War during that era, which makes me think Oda is still hiding some major details about what really happened.
It feels like we're missing a huge piece of the puzzle. Did Imu actually defeat Joy Boy, or was there betrayal, sacrifice, or something else that changed the outcome?
What do you guys think? Is there more to the fall of the Ancient Kingdom than Oda has revealed so far?
