Contracting out agreements costs

As in the title.

Approx costs for a [I'd imagine] very standard contracting out/pre-nup agreement.

Also curious if I am able to pay my partners fee, provided she gets indep legal advice? I am the one who is being protected and the one asking her her to sign it so happy to contribute/pay the fee for it.

Lastly, has anyone used any of those online companies (Agreeable)... I understand the founder is fmr. Solicitor General Michael Heron KC, so surely he has made sure its binding and enforceable...

Mortgage/lending for a business

Literally just thought of a business idea and just wanted to see how it works as I have never owned a business, nor worked for an owner operator/someone self employed to ask.

If I was to buy a property with a bit on land and then rent out that land, or make money off it ie. Cabins/air bnb etc whom & how does one approach the bank for a loan.

For example, this property has a house we would live in (personal) but then make a business out of it

I have a house now which I could sell, would I then put that the money from that as a deposit/partial payment and take out a business loan, or get one for the full amount... or would it be a residential loan?

I'm sure to get a business loan I would need a business plan etc... just looking for general insight.

When does it all come crashing down 2.0

In honour of u/Mission-Fig8505's post, I'm glad I'm not the only one using Reddit as a guide on what stocks to pick.

Am looking for advise/suggestions on my portfolio - got my eye on AUR & HOVR - also considering changing from Hatch to Tiger Brokers to access ASX

Tiger Brokers

Just wondering if anyone has moved to Tiger Brokers from Sharesies/Hatch and/or how existing users like it?

It has a good review in Moneyhub and the zero FX fees for the first $2k per month + 4 free buy/sells per month for life is tempting.

I'm also looking to add a few ASX penny stocks but these aren't available under Hatch.

Is TB worth it or is it better just to use IBKR (the best/most comprensive platform in NZ)
