Sorry if I make mistakes, English isn’t my native language. I’m 16 and I think my parents slowly become alcoholics. They always spent their weekend evenings with champagne. Mom is limiting herself with only juice-based alcohol and roughly 2-3 cups, but dad isn’t. I decided to write this post because of today’s incident. Yesterday was friday, and dad came home around 7pm. He have a hard work, so it’s not something unique, but he said that ex-colleague came to them and he‘ll be with the. Everyone knew that he will come to home drunk. He came home very drunk at 5am. And now is morning and there’s a scanda between parents. Gladly they don’t fight each other, but it’s still very painful to see. Also I have a 11yo brother and he is the one i worried the most about. I have a lots of obsessive thoughts about what i will do if my parents become alcoholic and last thing they will be worried about is he?
