Hi everyone, I’m looking for a 1BHK flat (no flatmates/sharing) in South Delhi, moving in by June.

Preferred Locations:

• Green Park / Gautam Nagar
• Safdarjung Enclave / SJ Area
• Hauz Khas / Malviya Nagar

My Requirements:

• Budget: ₹18,000 - ₹25000
• Condition: Fully furnished, including AC.
• Space: Looking for something spacious and well-ventilated. A balcony would be a huge plus.
• Security: Flat must have a safety door. The approach road should be safe and easily accessible for cabs/Zomato/Blinkit.
• Setup: I would prefer if there is a Govt. Electricity Meter.
• Vibe: I prefer a landlord who doesn't live in the same building. Looking for a place with no restrictive "curfews" or unnecessary interference from society/owners.

About Me: I’m a female working professional. I’m a quiet tenant, keep the place clean, and pay rent on time. Just looking for a peaceful, independent spot to call home.
