Curious about the co-relation with pre-existing PTSD and how likely postpartum will come into play

First responder here, (27F). Diagnosed with PTSD due to work experiences. Curious if any women first responders or women with pre existing PTSD have falling right into a postpartum issue (anxiety, depression, even though severe- psychosis)
Feel very uneducated and it makes me quite anxious with the entire Lindsey Clancy case happening.

I am scared to even ask, what is this?

I have been experiencing some gnats with my house plants
(Monstera, yucca, pothos and money tree) so I made a 1/4 hydrogen peroxide mix to spray them and while inspecting today I found this in the Money tree and on my pothos- looked like a bunch of dried up dead spiders 🤮😭 I’ve sprayed them all and they are all outside. Please help do I give up on my plant journey😂 I am so confused they have been growing but I just discovered this today. All my plants get watered properly, get decent sunlight (not direct every day but mostly).
