Or is the gift subscription tied to my country?

I need to pay a freelance content creator who is based outside India, and I’m based in India. I’ve looked into Wise and a few similar platforms, but it seems like they don’t allow this type of payment from India.
What’s currently the best and easiest platform to use for sending international payments from India to a freelancer?
Hey guys, need a little advice.
I booked a trial class with a tutor recently, and, it went really well. We discussed my learning goals, came up with a plan, and I felt pretty good about moving forward. So after the trial, I went ahead and subscribed.
I then messaged them asking about their availability for the first proper class… and it’s been over 3 days with no response. 😅
Now I’m not really sure what to do. Should I send another follow-up, wait a little longer, or just look for someone else?
It’s honestly so frustrating trying to find a decent, reliable tutor these days. I miss my old tutor 😭
